Thomas Cook equity shareholders & unsecured creditors to approve Amalgamation of LKP Forex

Thomas Cook India Ltd has announced that pursuant to the Order of Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay, separate meetings of the equity shareholders & Unsecured Creditors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2006, for the purpose of considering, and, if thought fit, approving with or without modification(s), the proposed Scheme of Amalgamation of LKP Forex Ltd with the Company.
