Adroit Infotech Limited approves conversion of 2,91,80,251 partly paid-up shares into fully paid up shares

The Rights Issue Committee of the Board of Directors of Adroit Infotech Limited on 21st June 2024, approved conversion of 2,91,80,251 (Two Crores Ninety - One Lakhs Eighty Thousand Two Hundred and Fifty-One) out of partly paid-up equity shares of 3,25,01,058 having a face value of Rs. 10/- each with Rs. 2.50/- paid-up and bearing ISIN IN9737B01023 into equity shares having a face value of Rs. 10/- each with Rs. 5/- paid-up on receipt of First Call aggregating to Rs. 10,94,25,941 (Rupees Ten Crores Ninety-Four Lakhs Twenty-Five Thousand Nine Hundred and Forty-One Only) including premium @1.25 per share amounting to Rs.3,64,75,314.

The Company is in the process of completing necessary formalities for corporate actions / obtaining listing and trading approvals in respect of the Converted Rights Equity Shares.

As on date, the paid-up capital of the Company is Rs. 21,66,73,720/- (Rupees Twenty-One Crores Sixty-Six Lacs Seventy-Three Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty Only) divided into 2,16,67,372 (Two Crore Sixteen Lacs Sixty-Seven Thousand Three Hundred and Seventy-Two) fully paid-up equity shares having a face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each bearing ISIN INE737B01033 and 3,25,01,058 (Three Crores Twenty-Five Lakhs one thousand and fifty-eight) partly paid-up equity shares having a face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each with Rs. 2.50 each paid-up bearing ISIN IN9737B01023.
