TTK Prestige Limited signs agreement with consultant for future business strategy and plan

TTK Prestige Limited today has signed an agreement with a globally reputed consultant to assist the Company to redraw its blueprint for a 5-year long-term strategy and plan.

The Company will be spending in the range of around Rs. 12 Crores over the next 6 months for this exercise.

This being an assignment outside the normal operating plans of the Company this disclosure is made by way of abundant caution.
