Aurionpro Solutions Ltd fixes June 27, 2024 as record date for 1:1 bonus issue

The Executive Committee ("the Committee") of the Board of Directors ("the Board") of Aurionpro Solutions Limited at its Meeting held on Friday, 14th June, 2024 has fixed the Record Date as Thursday, 27th June, 2024.

The said Record Date is fixed for the purpose of issuance of Bonus Equity Shares of the Company in the proportion of 1 (One) Equity Shares of Rs. 10/each for every 1 (one) existing Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each to the Equity Shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members/Beneficial Owners of the Company/Depositories as on the Record Date.

Shares of Aurionpro Solutions Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2686.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2669.40. The total number of shares traded during the day was 8069 in over 1617 trades.
