BLS International FZE to acquire 99% in Balozi Liaison Services

BLS International FZE, Wholly owned subsidiary of BLS International Services Limited has entered into share transfer agreement to acquire 99% equity shares of Balozi Liaison Services, a company incorporated under the law of Egypt, consequent to the said acquisition of shares in share capital of Balozi Liaison Services, Egypt, it will become a Step Down Subsidiary of the Company (“SDS”) carry the business of visa and passport processing.

Shares of BLS International Services Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 343.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 327.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2830773 in over 18103 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 346.30 and intraday low of 324.50. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 936839617.00.
