FSN E-Commerce Ventures Ltd forms subsidiary in Kuwait

Nessa International Holdings Limited, a stepdown subsidiary of FSN E-Commerce Ventures Limited, has incorporated a new Wholly Owned Subsidiary in Kuwait by the name 'Nysaa International for Wholesale and Retail Trade'. The main object of the new subsidiary company is to:

1. Sale / Trade/ Retail of Beauty and Personal Care (BPC) including perfumery, cosmetics and toiletries

2. Retail sale via Internet of the abovementioned products which shall include carrying out all activities as are related or ancillary thereto.

Shares of FSN E-Commerce Ventures Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 169.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 162.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 137743 in over 1781 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 170.10 and intraday low of 162.35. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 23075666.00.
