A meeting of the Board of Directors of Sapphire Foods India Limited ("Company") is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 19th June 2024, to consider and approve, a proposal for alteration in the share capital of the Company by sub-division/split of existing equity shares of the Company having face value of Rs. 10/- each, fully paid up.
