Ahlcon Parenterals AGM approves 15% dividend, issue of preference shares

Ahlcon Parenterals India Ltd has announced that the members at the 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of dividend @ 15% on equity shares of the Company for the year 2005-2006.

Authority to the Board to offer, issue and allot, in part or in full or in various trenches Preference Shares of the face value of Rs 10/-each for cash at par aggregating to Rs 7,00,00,000/- on the preferential allotment basis to Non- Resident Indians, subject to necessary provisions & approvals.

Delisting of Equity Shares of the Company from the Stock Exchanges at Delhi, Calcutta and Jaipur in accordance to the Securities Exchange Board of India (De-listing of Securities) Guidelines, 2003.
