Jyothy Labs Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 3.50

The board of directors of Jyothy Labs Ltd has recommended a Dividend of Rs. 3.50/- (Rupees Three and Fifty paise only) per equity share of Re.1/- each for the financial year 2023-24, subject to the approval of shareholders. The Dividend, if approved at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, will be paid/ dispatched on or after July 27, 2024.
