Dynamic Cables Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.50

The board of directors of Dynamic Cables Ltd has recommended final dividend of Rs. 0.50/- per Equity Share i.e. 5% per Equity Share of Rs. 10 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2024 subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing AGM of the Company.

The above dividend, if approved/declared by the shareholders at the ensuing AGM will be credited/dispatched within 30 days from the date of the AGM.
