PTL Enterprises Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 1.75

The Board of Directors of PTL Enterprises Ltd has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 1.75 per equity share of Re. 1/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2024, subject to the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company, which shall be paid/ dispatched on or before 30 days from the conclusion of AGM.
