Manali Petrochemicals Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 0.75

The Board of directors of Manali Petrochemicals Ltd has recommended a dividend of Rs. 0.75 per equity share of Rs. 5/- each, fully paid-up, [15%], subject to the approval of the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting [AGM] in compliance with Companies (Declaration and Payment of Dividend) Rules, 2014.

The date of payment of the dividend will be informed in due course, upon finalization of the date of the AGM.

Shares of Manali Petrochemicals Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 75.69 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 71.59. The total number of shares traded during the day was 120033 in over 1782 trades.
