The board of directors of Yasho Industries Limited has recommended a final dividend of Rs 0.50/- (Rupees Fifty Paise only) per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each (fully paid-up) for the financial year ended March 31, 2024, payable subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
