Punjab and Sind Bank recommends dividend of Rs. 0.20

The board of directors of Punjab and Sind Bank has recommended Dividend of Rs.0.20 per equity share (i.e.2%) of face value of Rs.10/- each to the shareholders of the Bank for the year 2023-24, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Bank.

Shares of Punjab & Sind Bank was last trading in BSE at Rs. 59.14 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 58.34. The total number of shares traded during the day was 97056 in over 1792 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 59.80 and intraday low of 57.70. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 5736562.00.
