Cholamandalam Financial Holdings Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.55

The board of directors of Cholamandalam Financial Holdings Ltd has approved the recommendation of final dividend @ 55% being Rs. 0.55/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 1/- each for the year ended March 31 , 2024 out of the profits of the company. The dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of annual general meeting (i.e., on or before 7th September, 2024), upon approval by the shareholders at the 75th AGM.
