Mahanagar Gas Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 18

The board of directors of Mahanagar Gas Ltd has recommended Final Dividend of Rs.18/-per equity share having face value of Rs.10/-each (i.e.180%) for the financial year 2023-24. This is in addition to the Interim Dividend of Rs. 12/-per equity share (i.e. 120%) paid to all the eligible equity shareholders, as declared by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 23rd January 2024. Accordingly, the total dividend for the financial year 2023-24 will be Rs.30/-per equity share having face value of Rs. 10/-each (i.e. 300%).
