Escorts Kubota Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 18

The board of directors of Escorts Kubota Ltd has recommended Dividend of Rs. 18 (180%) per fully paid-up equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2023-24 on all equity shares that will be held on the Record Date to be announced for the purpose, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
