H G Infra Engineering Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 1.50

The board of directors of H.G. Infra Engineering Ltd has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 1.50/- per equity share (15%) of the face value of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2024, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 22nd Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company, which if approved, shall be paid within thirty days from the conclusion of the AGM.
