SKF India Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 130

The Board of directors of SKF India Ltd has decided to recommend to the members a final dividend of Rs. 130/- per equity share for the financial year ended 31st March 2024, which shall be paid/dispatched within 30 days from the date of ensuing Annual General Meeting ('AGM'), if declared and approved by the Members at the AGM.

Shares of SKF India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 4581.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 4618.40. The total number of shares traded during the day was 346 in over 172 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 4674.40 and intraday low of 4565.65. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1599067.00.
