Sula Vineyards Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 4.50

The board of directors of Sula Vineyards Ltd has recommended final dividend of Rs. 4.50/- per share on the equity shares of face value of Rs.2/- each for the financial year ended on 31st March 2024, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.
