Greaves Cotton Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 2

The board of directors of Greaves Cotton Ltd has recommended payment of dividend of Rs. 2 per share (100%) on the face value of Rs. 2 each for the financial year ended 31st March, 2024, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing annual general meeting of the Company.
