ELANTAS Beck India Limited to purchase vacant land for expansion and new projects

The Board of Directors of ELANTAS Beck India Limited at its meeting held today on 07th May, 2024, has approved in-principal purchase of vacant and un-utilised land located at Taluka - Vagra, Dist- Bharuch, Gujarat admeasuring upto 35 acres, for a total consideration of upto Rs. 67 Crores for the future expansion plan and new projects of the Company. The said amount will be funded through internal accruals. The said land is proposed to be used for setting up a new manufacturing facility to be situated in Taluka - Vagra, Dist- Bharuch, Gujarat with an intention to synergise, expand and realign its manufacturing operations and be prepared for the growth opportunities in India.

Shares of ELANTAS BECK INDIA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 10737.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 10458.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 882 in over 194 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 10950.00 and intraday low of 10600.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 9564451.00.
