IRB Infrastructure Developers Limited declares 3rd interim dividend of Rs. 0.10

THe board of directors of IRB Infrastructure Developers Limited has declared 3rd Interim dividend of Re. 0.10/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 1/- each (@10% of face value of share) for financial year 2023-24. The record date for the purpose of payment of dividend is Wednesday, May 15, 2024. The 3rd Interim dividend shall be paid within stipulated timelines as prescribed under law.
