Titan Intech Limited revises record date for bonus issue

Friday, 17th May 2024, is hereby declared as the revised record date for the issuance of Bonus Equity Shares of the Company in the ratio of 3 (Three) new fully paid-up equity shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupee Ten Only) each for every 5 (Five) fully paid-up Equity Share of Re. 10/- (Rupee Ten Only).
