Rama Vision Ltd to foray in candy business under brand name 'MADDOX'

Rama Vision Limited ("RVL") has executed an agreement with M/s. Kayempee Foods Pvt. Ltd. ("KAYEMPEE") for availing manufacturing facilities of KAYEMPEE to manufacture and supply of candy products under RVL brand name "MADDOX".

The Agreement shall be valid for a period of 12 (Twelve) months, thereafter continue to be operative by way of renewal letter with mutual agreed terms. Either party may terminate the agreement by giving 90 days' notice in writing to the other party.

The quantities envisaged for manufacturing candy products are minimum order of 15 tons per product category as per Co. requirements for 06 months and thereafter, as per terms as stated in the agreement.

Shares of RAMA VISION LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 87.57 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 83.40. The total number of shares traded during the day was 9954 in over 73 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 87.57 and intraday low of 79.60. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 843297.00.
