BAG Films AGM approves 10% dividend, delist from Delhi Stock Exchange

BAG Films Ltd has announced that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 20, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration a final dividend of 10% on the paid up equity share capital of the Company.

To delist securities from Delhi Stock Exchange Association Ltd.
