DCM Shriram Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 2.60

The board of directors of DCM Shriram Ltd has recommended final dividend of 130% i.e. Rs.2.60/- per equity share of face value of Rs.2/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2024, subject to the declaration of the same by the shareholders in its forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM), which if declared by the shareholders, the total dividend for the Financial Year 2023-24 aggregates to 330% i.e. Rs.6.60/- per equity share of Rs. 2/- each (including an interim dividend @ 200% i.e. Rs.4.00 per equity share of Rs. 2/- each declared by the Board in February, 2024.) The final dividend, if declared by the Shareholders at the ensuing AGM will be credited / dispatched within 30 days from the date of the AGM.
