Indian Bank recommends dividend of Rs. 12

The board of directors of Indian Bank has recommended dividend of Rs.12.00 per Equity Share i.e @ 120% of paid up Equity Capital of the Bank for the Financial Year 2023-24.

The Record Date for payment of dividend will be Friday, the 07th June, 2024 (closure of Business Hours). The payment of dividend is subject to the approval of Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Bank.

The Book Closure will be from Saturday, the 08th June 2024 to Saturday, the 15th June 2024 (both days inclusive) in connection with the ensuing Annual General Meeting and Dividend payment.

Shares of Indian Bank was last trading in BSE at Rs. 533.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 543.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 143823 in over 4655 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 550.95 and intraday low of 527.20. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 77447708.00.
