Inox Wind Ltd fixes May 18, 2024 as record date for 3:1 bonus issue

Inox Wind Ltd has fixed Saturday, 18th May, 2024 as the 'Record Date' to determine the eligibility of Members entitled to receive bonus equity shares in the ratio of 3:1 i.e. 3 (three) new bonus equity shares of Rs. 10/- each for every 1 (one) existing equity share of Rs. 10/- each, as recommended by the Board of Directors in its meeting held on 25th April, 2024.
