Nicco Parks and Resorts Ltd declares 4th interim dividend of Rs. 0.50

The Board of Directors of NICCO PARKS & RESORTS LTD. have declared Fourth Interim Dividend at the rate of 50% (Re. 0.50 per share) on the face value of the equity shares (Rs. 1/- face value) of the company for the financial year ended 31st March, 2024. The Company is expecting to pay 'Fourth Interim Dividend' to the shareholders on or before June 1, 2024.

Consequently, the aggregate dividend for the financial year ended 31% March, 2024 including the Fourth interim dividend is 150% (Re. 1.50 per share of face value of Re. 1/- each) paid during the financial year 2023-2024.
