PNB Gilts Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of directors of PNB Gilts Ltd has recommended final dividend of ₹ 1 per equity share i.e. 10 % for the financial year 2023-24, subject to approval of the members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company, which shall be paid / dispatch to the shareholders within 30 days of declaration and any further information in this regard including record date etc. shall be announced in due course.
