RCCPL Pvt Ltd updates on expansion project

The Board of Directors of RCCPL Private Limited at their Board Meeting held today i.e. on 2nd May, 2024 has approved restructuring of the scope of second phase expansion of existing capacity of grinding cement plant at Kundanganj (Uttar Pradesh). Expansion in capacity as per the revised scope includes installation of new cement grinding line (mill No. 3) at the Kundanganj unit of RCCPL.

The existing capacity of the company is at 9.81 Million Ton and its capacity utilization is at 83.6% during the financial year 2023-24.

The proposed capacity addition is 1.4 Million Ton at an outlay of RS. 425 crores including GST which will be funded 33% from internal accruals and balance financing.

Shares of Birla Corporation Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1559.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1492.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 15780 in over 1852 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1570.45 and intraday low of 1505.80. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 24457751.00.
