Industrial And Prudential Investment Company Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 90

The Board of Directors of Industrial And Prudential Investment Company Limited at its Board meeting has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 90/- (subject to deduction of tax at source) i.e 900% per equity share for FY 2023-24. The dividend as recommended by audit committee and subsequently approved by the Board of Directors of the Company is subject to the approval of the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting (AGM). The final dividend would be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration at the AGM.

For the purpose of payment of dividend, the date of Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the financial year ended March 31, 2024 and the record date shall be fixed and announced in due course.
