Cybertech Systems and Software Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 2

The board of directors of CYBERTECH SYSTEMS AND SOFTWARE LIMITED has approved the recommendation of dividend of Rs.2/- per equity share of Re.10 each for the financial year 2023-24, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. The Book closure/Record date shall be announced in the due course of time.
