REC Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 5

The board of directors of REC Limited have approved the recommendation of final dividend @ Rs. 5/- (Rupees Five only) per equity share of Rs. 10/­ each for the financial year 2023-24, subject to approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM). This is in addition to the Interim Dividend(s) of Rs. 11/- per equity share, already declared during the financial year 2023-24 in three tranches, thereby making total dividend for the Financial Year 2023-24 to Rs. 16/- per equity share on face value of Rs. 10 each.
