Yug Decor Limited's rights issue to open on May 7, 2024

The rights issue of Yug Decor Ltd is set to open for subscription on Tuesday, May 7, 2024 for existing investors in the company and closes for subscription on Tuesday, May 28, 2024.

Record Date: Fixed the Record Date on Friday, 19th April, 2024 for the purpose of determining the eligible shareholders to apply for the Right Issue.

Terms of Payment: The Issue Price of Rs. 10/- per Rights Equity Share shall be payable at the time of application.
