Eveready Industries India Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Eveready Industries India Ltd has recommended a Dividend at the rate of Re. 1/- per fully paid up equity share of Rs. 5/- each, (20% of the face value of equity share) for the financial year ended March 31, 2024, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the 89th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled to be held on August 3, 2024. The dividend, if approved, shall be paid on or before September 2, 2024.

The Record date for the purpose of determining those Members who will be entitled to receive Dividend as approved by the Members at the ensuing AGM, shall be July 27, 2024.

The Register of Members of the Company will remain closed from July 29, 2024, to August 3, 2024 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of Dividend and AGM.

Shares of Eveready Industries India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 357.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 354.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 69640 in over 3723 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 377.05 and intraday low of 352.95. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 25718354.00.
