HCL Technologies Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 18 per share

The Board of Directors of HCL Technologies Ltd has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs.18/- per equity share of Rs.2/- each of the Company for the Financial Year 2024-25.

The Record date of May 7, 2024 fixed for the payment of the aforesaid interim dividend has been confirmed by the Board of Directors. The payment date of the said interim dividend shall be May 15, 2024.

Shares of HCL Technologies Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1472.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1503.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 98265 in over 7469 trades.
