Tech Mahindra Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 28

The board of directors of Tech Mahindra Ltd has recommended Final Dividend of Rs. 28/- per equity share of the face value of Rs. 5/- each (560%) for the financial year ended 31st March, 2024, subject to the Members' approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company.

The Final Dividend, if approved, will be paid on or before, 9th August 2024. This dividend is in addition to Interim Dividend of Rs. 12/- per equity share paid by the Company in November, 2023.

The total dividend for FY 2023-24 will be Rs. 40/- per equity share on par value of Rs. 5/- each i.e. 800%.

The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain close from Saturday, 20th July, 2024 to Friday, 26th July, 2024 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the AGM and reckoning entitlement to the Final Dividend recommended.

Shares of Tech Mahindra Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1190.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1186.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 63620 in over 5640 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1193.75 and intraday low of 1172.55. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 75354924.00.
