Wendt India Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 20

The Board of Directors of Wendt (India) Limited have recommended a final dividend of Rs. 20/- (200%) per equity share (on a face value of Rs.10/-) for the year ended 31st March 2024.

The dividend warrants, upon approval of final dividend by the shareholders at the 42nd Annual General meeting, will be posted by 13th August 2024. In case of shareholders opting for NECS/NACH, the dividend would be credited to their accounts by 13th August 2024.

It may be recalled that an Interim Dividend at Rs.30/- per equity share was declared by the Board at its meeting held on 19th January 2024 and paid on 16th February 2024. With this recommendation, the total dividend for the year ended 31st March 2024 aggregates to Rs. 50/- (Rupees fifty Only).

Shares of Wendt (India) Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 12928.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 12651.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 36 in over 19 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 13071.95 and intraday low of 12874.40. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 466782.00.
