L&T Technology Services Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 33

The Board of Directors of L&T Technology Services Limited at their meeting held today, have recommended a final dividend of 1650% i.e. Rs. 33/- per equity share of face value of Rs 2.00/- each, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company, which if approved, shall be paid/dispatched within thirty days from the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting of the Company. The Record date for the purpose of final dividend shall be announced later.

Shares of L&T Technology Services Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 5180.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 5231.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3990 in over 1249 trades.
