Cosmo Films Korea Ltd's thermal lamination films production line to be relocated to India

The Thermal Lamination Films production line of Cosmo Films Korea Limited, a wholly owned Subsidiary of the Company is being relocated to India and will be installed alongside the other thermal lamination films production lines at the Company's existing plant at SEZ, Shendra, Aurangabad, (India).

Post relocation, the production line will become operational in Q2 FY24-25 and enable the Company to realize the benefits of cost optimization and improved capacity utilization.

Cosmo Films Korea Limited will henceforth operate as marketing, sales, and distribution outfit in Korea for the Company's products manufactured in India.

Shares of Cosmo Films Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 628.90 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 568.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 15701 in over 1207 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 630.60 and intraday low of 574.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 9633002.00.
