Veranda Learning announces business transfer agreement with Logic Management Training Institute

Veranda Learning Solutions, a listed enterprise providing end-to-end solutions in the education sector, announced the signing of a business transfer agreement with Kerala-based Logic Management Training Institutes Pvt. Ltd through its Subsidiary Veranda XL Learning Solutions Private Limited. This acquisition will enable Veranda Learning to expand its reach and provide students with a wider range of high-quality educational programs.

Established in 2005, Logic Management Training Institute has grown into premier institution renowned for its professional financial courses. As the pioneer in introducing CMA USA in India, Logic is present in eight branches across Kerala, attracting nearly 5000 students annually to its array of seven Commerce Professional courses. These courses include CMA (USA and India), CA, CS, ACCA, CPA, and EA. Logic has consistently produced high-achieving students and excelled in various professional examinations such as chartered accountancy, CMA, and ACCA. Furthermore, Logic is associated with renowned institutions like Chinmaya University, Amrita University, and numerous colleges across South India. CMA USA has an average pass rate of 80%, while for other international courses the average pass rate is 60%.

As an integral component of Veranda's Commerce Education initiative, Logic will collaborate with JK Shah Classes, thereby enriching the educational landscape and presenting students with unparalleled opportunities for growth and success.
