Madhav Infra Projects Ltd has received Letter of Intent ("LOI ("GIPCL") for the following Solar Power Generation Project for") from Gujarat Industries Power Company Limited a contract value of Rs. 329.73 Crores.

The order is for Design, Engineering, Supply, Construction, Erection, Testing, Commissioning and 3 years of Operation and Maintenance of 75MW(AC) solar Power Projects at Vastan near SLPP Tal-Ma ngrol Dist. Surat, Gujarat on Engineering, Procurement and Construction basis.

Shares of Madhav Infra Projects Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 9.56 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 9.38. The total number of shares traded during the day was 111304 in over 122 trades.
