Macrotech Developers Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 2.25

The Board of Directors of Macrotech Developers Limited ('the Company') at its meeting held today, i.e., April 24, 2024 has recommendation a final dividend of ₹ 2.25, i.e., 22.50 % per equity share of ₹ 10/- each of the Company. The Final Dividend will be paid to the shareholders holding equity shares on the record date to be determined by the Company after approval of the members at the ensuing 29th Annual General Meeting.

Shares of Macrotech Developers Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1251.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1234.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 18647 in over 1408 trades.
