Agro Tech Foods Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 3 per share

The board of directors of Agro Tech Foods Limited has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 3/- per equity share for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2024, subject to the approval of shareholders. The dividend will be paid / dispatched within 30 days of the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 37th Annual General Meeting.
