LTIMindtree Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 45 per share

The Board of Directors of LTIMindtree Ltd have recommended a final dividend of Rs. 45/- per equity share of Re. 1 each, for approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ('AGM').

Subject to approval of shareholders, the final dividend will be paid within 10 days from conclusion of the AGM. Record Date for the purpose of determining shareholders eligible to receive dividend and the date of AGM, shall be announced in due course.

Shares of LTIMindtree Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 4732.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 4721.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 73618 in over 6113 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 4754.00 and intraday low of 4710.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 347734756.00.
