M/s.RARE Asset Reconstruction Limited vide their Letter No.Rare/VHL/FY24-25/01 dated 4th April 2024 received by Velan Hotels Ltd on April 15, 2024 informed that an e-auction has been fixed on 23-04-2024 (Tuesday) from 02.00 p.m. to 03.00 p.m. for sale of Hotel Property situate at 41 Kangayam Road, Tirupur with a reserve price of Rs.42.34 crores.
