TCS recommends final dividend of Rs. 28

The Board of Directors of Tata Consultancy Services Limited have recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 28 per Equity Share of Rs. 1 each of the Company which shall be paid/dispatched on the fourth day from the conclusion of the 29th Annual General Meeting, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company.

Shares of Tata Consultancy Services Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 4000.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3982.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 179585 in over 13418 trades.
