Sai Silks Kalamandir Ltd - Business Update at the end of Q4 FY 2023-24

Sai Silks (Kalamandir) Limited has announced the Business update of the Company for the quarter ended March, 2024 subject to audit.

1. Our company achieved a turnover of about Rs.360 crores during Q4 FY 2023-24 registering a 11% growth over Q4 last year.

2. The SSSG in respect of matured stores during Q4 this year has also registered a growth of around 6% over last year Q4.

3. The company, achieved a total turnover of Rs.1374 crores for FY2024 - a marginal improvement over last year.

4. During the year, company opened 6 new stores of Varamahalakshmi format with a total area of 43,896 sft.

5. During the year, one kalamandir format with a 5,350 sft stores was upgraded to VML format - thus resulting in an addition of 49,246 sft in Varamahalakshmi format for the year.

Shares of Sai Silks Kalamandir Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 203.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 200.60. The total number of shares traded during the day was 11920 in over 670 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 204.65 and intraday low of 198.50. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2397397.00.
